In the quiet embrace of a Saturday's morn,

September 11th, 2010, a day newly born.

Homeschooling whispers, a different kind of start,

Where minds unfurl freely, like seeds in the heart.

Anne Sullivan's wisdom echoes through the air,

Against elaborate systems, she did dare.

To let children roam, touch the world's true face,

To learn not in boxes, but in open grace.

Homeschooling, home education's gentle call,

Unfolding like petals, breaking down walls.

No sweet-voiced teacher, no structured design,

Just real things, real thoughts, in the child's own time.

Unschooling, where learning flows unconfined,

No forced lessons, no pre-set grind.

Children explore, their curiosity unfurled,

Crafting their knowledge, their own precious world.

Let them build stone walls, not with blocks alone,

But with thoughts and ideas, uniquely their own.

Let them paint rainbows, not with paper's sheen,

But with dreams and passions, vivid and keen.

On this September day, let us celebrate,

The freedom to learn, to contemplate.

In homeschooling's embrace, let minds take flight,

Beyond boundaries, beyond the prescribed light.

For in the heart of every child, let it be known,

Lies the power to grow, to bloom, to own.

With every touch of real things, they find,

A universe of learning, expansive and kind.
